The international health organization strongly recommends strict hygiene measures such as frequent and thorough washing of the hands with soap and water. The group advises immediate medical attention to those who experience the symptoms of flu: fever (usually high), headache, muscle and joint pains, chills, extreme tiredness, dry cough, runny nose, and stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
