Along with a super fast processor, the Pavillion DV6 also comes with 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 320 GB hard drive and Microsoft Windows 7 operating system.
The concept behind the next generation Intel chips is to provide the notebook users with enhanced graphics and more versatility than the current generation Intel Core 2 Duo processors. The all new Core line of processors will be officially introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, USA, in January in next year and will be available for both notebooks and desktops.
The Core series of the Intel processors will be available under the i3, i5 and i7 brands and will have the capability of displaying 1080p high-definition video along with the added feature of decoding Blu-Ray movies. The Core chips have been designed specifically to work with the CPU of the computers as a combined package, resulting in much less power consumption, all the while rendering high definition graphics.
