There is no such thing as a Jewish "settlement" in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is a city in the State of Israel, it's capital city. What nation on earth can be said to create a "settlement" in its own captial city? There are those who say the land is disputed. .Of course it is. Many in the arab world dispute the legitimacy of all of Israel. By that standard, all of Israel is a "settlement." But in the real world, Israel is a soverign nation, and as such cannot be said to be creating a "settlement" in its own city. Please get the terminology correct.
