The endangered species of reptiles known as Komodo dragons have begun to terrorize the Indonesian villagers and attacks have been increased. The main weapon of these Komodo dragons is its jagged teeth and its poisonous venoms that can kill a human being in few hours. Generations of Indonesian villagers have lived alongside these reptiles, and they claim that it never attacked them or their families. However, these reptiles have turned to be more aggressive. Several fishermen and a young boy was attacked without even provoking the dragon.

Komodo dragons are mainly found in the Komodo National Park in the Komodo and Rinca island of Indonesia. It can be an extremely difficult escape if one is chased by huge reptiles as it can cover up 18 miles per hour.

Villagers in Indonesia believe that this sudden aggression of the reptiles is due to the poaching of its main prey deer. However, the national park rangers deny this. Humans have suddenly become an easy available prey to replace deer. The officials claim that the number of attacks is very less and it is not alarming. Indonesian fishermen now live under constant fear in these areas.
