Italian designer Carlo Cafiero has tied up with TechMarine shipyard to create a new 80-metre superyacht concept with the feel of an oceangoing Lamborghini. It means, the super yacht concept is inspired by Lamborghini. Those with deep pockets are surely out to head for it.
This Lamborghini insprired yacht can accommodate up to 30 guests including an owner’s supersuite. It has room for 30 crew members to manage the superyacht. The yacht has an overbearing design and a high prow, besides a tinted polycarbonate bulwarks aft shielding a sea level swimming pool and gym. The superyacht has an almost shark-like look, with its slightly convex and protruding side windows. A steel and light alloy aluminum body and structure give it a similar power-to-weight ratio.
The 80 meter superyacht also has twin Caterpillar 3516 hp engines. It is expected to touch a maximum speed of 17 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles. What’s more, it has a retractable helipad in the bow, which can accommodate an Agusta Grand helicopter that can be stored in the large hangar below. Unlike in other superyachts that have either open or half open decks by their pools, in this yacht, green glass walls flank the rear swimming platform for cruisers to enjoy their time, free from harsh sea winds.

That looks like it would be a very cool yacht if it does get built. I love the fact it has a hanger for a helicopter on the yacht and the green glass on the back looks very unique. I would love to see the finished thing just to see how close it looks to that design because if it is the same it would be very nice.
