Gadgets come in all shapes and sizes and the most fascinating of designs, making them all the more alluring. With eco-friendliness hitting high pitch, everyone seems bent on coming up with designs that defy the need for power.
Kyle Bean’s design for the laptop of the future is definitely a zany concept, but it gets full points for being so creative and almost humorous. The laptop is designed like a book so that when it is closed, it would look like any old history text taken from a library and long forgotten. Inside, the keyboard sits embedded into one half of the book, with some boring script viewable on the rest of the page, complete with heading and page number. Look closely and you would even be able to find the finger pad.
Kyle’s concept of the lap-book even includes a paper CD. This laptop definitely isn’t going to cost you much in power. Probably all it needs to keep it going is some sun and water. I wouldn’t try manure though, for obvious reasons.
