When it comes to luxury cars, some Ritchie rich who have a fondness for them do not compromise. The world market might be doomed due to recession or economic instability but some of these rich folks are always ready to spend a fortune on buying them a luxurious car. This time around, the craze is for Lexus LFA, a fast luxurious car. The Japanese customers are the lucky ones who are already snaffling it.
The craze is so high in Japan that within three months since the final car was just unveiled; all of 165 examples of the Toyota’s division’s super car have been booked already. The buyers in Japan and Europe will have to shell out approximately 37,500,000 yen (~$410k USD) to buy their super-Lexi outright.
On the other hand, North America is not yet lucky as the allotment of LFAs will be leased in order to counter speculation. Once the remaining 335 examples destined for markets abroad are made available after Japan’s allotment, people who are interested in buying the car can start booking. Looks like it will still take a while for this to come into practice.
