The Israeli occupation of the West Bank seems to be supported not by political aims but by a religious and holy promise that was delivered to the Jews by the Bible. This apparently justifies the continuous occupation of the west bank rendering thousands of Palestinians homeless.
Major Adrian Agassi, who immigrated to Israel long time ago, is known to be at the forefront of encouraging illegal occupation of the West Bank, not because it is necessary for the State of Israel, but because it has been promised by none other than god.
In fact, he prefers calling Israel, State of Jews than by the name Israel, though technically that is what it is. Such attitudes towards occupation of the West Bank will only flare up situations and the entire region would be caught in a downward spiral, never to return to a state of peace.
Thus, once again it is proven that religion seems to be the driving force behind any kind of dispute, wherever in the world the dispute might be. Adrian Agassi’s judgements were considered extremely biased by his critics and once even the military prosecution appealed against his ruling to Israel’s high court.

The so-called West Bank, which is in fact the East bank of Israel or Samaria, has (for over 4000 years) and will always belong to the Jewish people, it is simply undeniable, it is not on religious grounds but historical grounds, the Jewish people, a race having occupied this land since this time have an inexorable claim. What is it that makes the so called settlements illegal? Simply because the UN says so? The UN is an utter farce, so who is to listen to such a corrupt illegitimate bureaucracy? It is often a joke when this justification for the denial of Israel is used!
What is illegal is the current occupation by the Palestinian terrorists on Jewish soil; this must stop for there is no peace that can be forged with such people. The so-called Palestinians (collection of arabic nomads hijacked by Islamic extremism) have already been provided with a state that is over 5 times the size of Israel including Samaria (The West Bank), it is called Jordan (from Trans-Jordan); therefore, their new state should be carved out of the land they have already been given.
