Staying connected has never been so important as it is now, and even while we vacation we want to stay connected with the hold world at all times. This is quite easy, but often staying connected to the hotel in which you’re staying becomes more difficult than getting in touch with a friend back home.
The world’s first iPhone hotel changes all this. The Malibu Beach Inn in California will equip you with an iPod the moment you check in, if you don’t already have one of your own. The hotel manages everything to do with their clients through Apple and the 16 gig iPod would have an application titled the Hotel Evolution intended to maximise your pleasurable experience in the hotel. Hotel services can be accessed via the iPod after just punching in the room number and a security code. Now, ordering room service or putting up the Do Not Disturb sign can be done with the iPod touch while you’re still in the bathroom brushing your teeth.
The iPod touch service will only cost you $10 per room. This service is a definite sign of new frontiers when it comes to hotel management and hospitality.
