The reason for the grand reception and unhindered acceptance that both LED and OLED technology found with the creators and users of technology is the fact that they are easy to work with and the results obtained are indeed dazzling. The fact that this clean technology has been embraced with such warmth once again shows that you need both economic and creative advantages to induce green innovations into market and attain popularity. The ‘Interactive wall’ created in La Vitrine, Montreal is another beaming example of this very fact. Conjured up and put together so astoundingly by Marc-André Baril at Moment Factory, the installation includes tracking devices and low-resolution LED displays.
Aimed basically at being a guide to the visitors in Montreal and those new to the vicinity, one can go to the ‘Wall’ to find out information that they need and to look for directions. Open between 7 and 11 PM each night, the LED Wall sure has light up the night life of those in La Vitrine. In case you are a local and know every ally of the city like the back of your palm, it still would not hurt you to pay a visit to this beautiful creation… Simply vivacious!
