Motorola Eying On Google Android Mobile Software

One of the largest manufactures of mobile devices, Motorola, has been reportedly trying to get its hands on the most sought after mobile software, Google Android, in an effort to boost its ales figures. Inspite of not giving a statement on its efforts to build a mobile device using Google Android services, it no hidden fact that, Motorola has been quite open about its intentions of hiring Google Android developers.

According to recent reports, recruiters from the MOTODEV developer network have been in the process of attracting Google Android developers, via weekly podcasts, personal meeting and a host of other reaching out initiatives. Dino Brusco (Senior Director Motorola Developer Platforms and Services) has been speaking out on the advantages of Google Android software and the effects it would have on the next generation mobile communications. According to him, Google Android has the potential to integrates itself on various levels with the mobile internet services and is a highly innovative platform for to create useful and interactive applications. In a statement directed to the Google Android developers, Mr. Brusco said,

“We want all of you to join us in our partnership with Google and journey with Android, We want all of you to join us in our partnership with Google and journey with Android. Motorola will help developers create, deploy and market their applications.”

According to Motorola’s initiative it wishes to offer the Google Android’s developers a unique and versatile platform to condition their developing skills and also provide them with a vast global distribution system.

However, it is not going to be as easy as perceived, with more and more global brands such as LG, Samsung, Nokia etc, coming out with their own Google Android powered mobile devices. Till this date, HTC has already several mobile phones that are powered by Google Android, out of which two are designed specifically for users in the United States.
