She had come to the clinic earlier but discontinued treatment as she felt guilty about not revealing the same to her husband. She suffered from obsessions and compulsions for a long time. She feels guilty about not being truthful about her illness with her husband. Hence, she blames herself. She was abused as a child by her female cousin and later was exposed to an exhibitionist next door.

The woman is in touch with reality and suffers from OCD. She has got rid of many of her obsessions but looking up and down and a few other obsessions persist.
