Overstock.com is venturing into new markets by unveiled a home décor online retail website Eziba.com. The private website will be offering a range of home embellishments from multiple brands. Customers could avail the sales facility everyday starting at 11:00 Easter Time and each sale will last between 48 and 72 hours.

Overstock’s homepage doesn’t feature a direct link to Eziba.com but existing users can use their Overstock user-id and password on Eziba. New member are welcomes as well. Overstock’s customer support will be handling enquiries for Eziba as well.

Brands which would be featuring on Eziba include CG Sparks furniture, Calypso area rugs and throw pillows, Victoria leather bed, Lenox and Denby kitchenware, Kitchen Aid mixers, Micro Cotton Towels, Cybex strollers and patio furniture. Since the parent company has built a strong relationship with its suppliers, Overstock.com President Jonathan Johnson concedes that this horizontal integration was a natural progression. The domain name of Eziba was obtained several years ago but the website was made operational to a small segment of consumers on August 10, 2010.
