Padma Lakshmi had an enterprising modelling career when she reached a higher level of fame, and criticism, upon marrying Salman Rushdie. Her years hosting the reality cooking show, Top Chef, has increased her popularity in recent years.

In returning perhaps to where she is most comfortable, Padma posed for the cover of Allure magazine recently. Pictured lying in the buff, Padma also reveals to her fans that this is how she feels most comfortable. Padma explains that as a ‘sensual-leaning’ woman, she often sleeps in the nude and feels comfortable so. With a body that most men would claim is perfect, Padma would of course have no problems posing in the nude. Often seen flaunting the huge scar on her right arm, which unfortunately is hidden in the nude pic, Padma is not one to believe that perfection is in hiding one’s blemishes.

Eliza Dushku also posed for the May issue of Allure which will be out on the 21st of April. Other beauties who have appeared on the Nude Issue of Allure magazine were Gisele Bundchen, Cindy Crawford and Carla Gugino.
