Pentax K20D has just been released which looks as substantial as it is priced. It is one of the most highly rated dSLR cameras out there and you shouldn’t be surprised if people start asking for you to lend them your camera when you buy it.
It comes with a titanium finished body and features a 14.6 megapixel camera, CMOS image sensor and a 2.7 inch LCD screen to let you know what is being shot live. It also comes with image stabilization technology which allows you to take snaps that are balanced and not skewed. It comes with a dust free and water resistant case design.

The Pentax K20D is expected to cost $1400 in the U.S. and I must say it is not too much for a camera that has such specs. However, it may not even be released in the U.S. and would only be released in Japan, as usual. Only 1000 pieces would be launched and hence its a limited edition model as well.

I just got the camera and I think it falls in the semi-pro catergory. Because the sensor size is bigger than the canon 50D (which you put it in the semi-pro catergory)
