Philippe Starck and Eugeni Quitllet have launched the Out-In Armchair which looks quite cool because there are no arms in the chair. The chairs are oversized and have a science fiction kind of feel to them.

They are available in three different colours and I am sure each one of them would look pretty awesome. They have been lacquered in polyethelene and each chair costs $2,020. I would have loved to buy them but I don’t believe in style without comfort.

These chairs do not look as comfortable as they are stylish and there is no point in spending so much on something when it is not comfortable to sit on. Instead, I would ask the designers to create futuristic chairs that have arms and thus, I ca sit back and relax while the world goes on and time flies. Perhaps you should get these chairs if you are very keen on style.
