Podango users are in for some tough time as they announced that they would soon be calling it a day. The podcasting company has taken a beating and they recently sent an ominous sounding email to their customers saying all the data would need to be moved before the 31st of this month as the site is shutting down. The company apologized to its customers and has unexpectedly asked them to move the data before it would be deleted permanently.
In fact inactive accounts would have taken the brunt upfront as the company suggested that such data have already been removed. The company’s website does not have much to say but if you are a Podango user, make sure you remove or move your data before it is too late. In fact it might already be too late.
Looks like the podcasting business has taken the full brunt of recession and that is exactly what Podango has offered as a reason for the closing down . Podcasting was never a great thing since the beginning of the year and now it surely will come crashing down. Internet can be a scary place especially when it comes to data going missing.
