One of the biggest consumer electronic goods manufacturers in the world, Electrolux, has announced that launch of an all new concept vacuum cleaner that is supposed to be the quietest in the world. Cleaning and music are two very vital components in our day to day lives and thus keeping the importance of these two factors in mind, Electrolux has introduced an Apple iPod Dock into the vacuum cleaner.

The all new vacuum cleaner named, Silence Amplified was initially introduced as a test and research device and was given to a group of users on a test basis to test the feasibility of the device in the commercial market. The test results were exactly what the company was hoping for and the users loved the option of having their favorite tracks on the go while they clean their surroundings.

The Silence Amplified is composed of an UltraSilencer that effectively brings the noise level of the vacuum cleaner to a mere 66 decibels and the filter of the device is fitted with a Filter Indicator, that reminds the users to clean the filter after it has reached its capacity. There is also the electronic display that indicates the settings in place for the device among data that it reflects on the screen. Electrolux has provided on board speakers that, provide exception quality sound to the tracks played on Silence Amplified via the iPod Dock.
