Samsung Gives An Insight Into The Expensive Price Structure For Its 3D Products

The Consumer Electronics Show 2010 (CES) turned out to become a platform from where the 3D revolution was introduced to a world that has come to stagnant point with conventional entertainment. One of the biggest names in the field of consumer electronics, Samsung, introduced its own line of 3D enabled televisions, designed to change the way we watch TV forever. However, what Samsung did not mention at that time, was the expense the 3D revolution will incur on our wallets.

Now, Samsung has finally released the prices of its 3D television series and the prices of the 3D TV line up, well, are just beyond the reach of the common man. These prices represent the amount of money that would be required to make the transition from your conventional entertainment systems to the 3D entertainment. The Samsung 3D TV Line up includes the LED 7000 Series, that has a starting price tag of $1,999, along with the LCD 750 Series and the Plasma 7000/8000 Series that are a lot more expensive than the LED 7000 series.

The purchase of the 3D TV is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to staggering costs of the 3D technology. To begin your 3D viewing experience, you would require a 3D Blu-Ray player that itself is way too expensive, along with 3D glasses, that would be required to maximize the 3D experience. Furthermore, Samsung has also announced that, it will be rolling out its 3D Blu-ray player for $399 and an entire Blu-Ray home theater system for $899, which are slated for a launch in the month of April this year.
