Samsung’s Omnia II is the new Windows mobile phone that Samsung is planning to launch exclusively for Verizon Wireless. It will be touch screen phone with 5 megapixel camera and running the latest Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.

Omnia II will be one of the smartest touch phones with bigger and brighter screen with 3 D display elements. The touch screen will be 800 x 480 in dimension and Windows will include all popular features such as media player, web browser, FM radio and photo album. And mobile can also be upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.5 easily too. So it’s a complete hand held communication and entertainment package. Samsung is yet to announce the launch date of this wonder gadget.

It is indeed amazing that cell phones are now using soft ware technology and Bluetooth connectivity and becoming as powerful as notebooks and laptops. These hand held wonder gadgets with internet connectivity and excellent browser experience will surely keep generations hooked to the Windows and World Wide Web.
