The summer is soon approaching and it is not common to hear reports about people being sun burned or even fainting in the heat. When you ca wear a hat, and when it is summer, why not use solar energy to create some wind for yourself? A Chinese company thus manufactured these Solar hat Fans which are basically hats with a fan fixed that work using solar energy.
