If you are one of those who like to keep a constant check on temperature minute to minute, then you could take a look at the Solar Powered Window Thermometer. You can stick this thermometer on any glass surface but it was ideally designed to be placed on windows with its suction cups. The good news is that you do not need batteries to run the thermometer as it is solar powered. This means you do not have to go through the pain of changing batteries. I literally hate doing it as I find it really tedious.

You can stick the thermometer either inside or outside on the window pane. The thermometer has a built-in solar panel on its back. This helps the thermometer recharge on its own during the day when you leave it exposed to the sunlight by sticking it on a window pane. It comes with a large LCD digital display that reads the current temperature including both the minimum and maximum temperatures from the last 24 hours.

The maximum temperature is calculated through the day time between 8am and 8pm, and the minimum temperature is taken from 8pm to 8am. With the help of its transparent sucker pads, you could move the thermometer to any place. It is 10cm (4inches) in diameter. The temperatures can either be read in degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit. It has a display range of -20° C to 60° C (-4° F to 140° F). This is quite interesting but personally, I do not require it.
