Koreans are really excited about the 2014 Incheon Asian Games which would be held in South Korea. While the country is always on a state of alert because of a hostile neighbour, they seem to be shrugging off such unfriendly threats and concentrating more on making the country more attractive by the time of 2014 Incheon Asian Games. Populous has designed the main stadium which would seat 70,000 people.
Apparently, this stadium built by Populous would be the first landmark people would see while travelling from Incheon to Seoul. The traditional Buddhist ritual dance, the sung moo monk dance and other forms of music are responsible for inspiring this wonderful architectural masterpiece.
The facades are made of green and eco friendly materials and you could see how attractive and stylish they might look once they have been built properly. The stadium could serve as a source of inspiration for the South Korean youth who have mostly been disillusioned by the war and military threat. It could rev9ve an interest in Korean culture and architecture.
