Imagine all the gourmet burgers of all sorts under one roof to choose from.  This is the exact idea that has made Phil Roberts, CEO of Parasole Restaurant Holding, Inc announce the opening of Burger Jones in Minneapolis.

The spring of 2009 will see the burger joint serving everything in the burger kingdom, right from the classic burger to the more exotic ones. Although the official menu is yet to be decided, the options available are enough to tease your taste buds. The non-traditional burgers include the veggie, lobster, salmon, turkey, and “Juicy-Lucy”, the local favorite.

The regulars of any other burger joint like french-fries, and hot dogs will be part of the menu as well. Look forward to gulp it all down with some beer, wine and some signature line of martinis. The restaurant will have full liquor license. The pricing of the burgers would start from $ 8 to $20.The ambiance may not be that fancy but we can expect some style.

Burger Jones could prove to be a tough competitor to the burger joints in Minneapolis. It may face a slight competition from a few high-end burger “boutiques” opened in Las Vegas and in the coasts recently. Burger Jones is indeed something to look forward to.
