Experts predict that it will be only a matter of time (maybe 2 or 3 more days) before the scores of MJ fans give him the distinction of being the first artist to occupy every spot in the top 10 of UK singles charts.

With online sales being a factor in the determination of the top 10 in the charts, it is the young generation with either its indomitable adoration for MJ and the more recent generation which wishes to understand the phenomenon of the 80’s and early 90’s, which has ensured that eight out of the top ten bestselling albums on iTunes, the leading download site, were Jackson records, with the 2003 compilation album Number Ones heading the chart.
