After the success of AdWords and text ads Google is now all set to make further foray into online display advertising. It is now launching a scheme called DoubleClick Ad Exchange, a sort of auction system for display advertising which it seems will benefit both advertisers and publishers.

YouTube will follow the path of other Blogs and sites thanks to Google’s decision of making the Premium Ads work on the basis of ad sense. Thus, ads would be placed according to their context wherever such videos are uploaded. Until now, premium ads appeared only on the YouTube homepage.
