Shooting rampage at Azerbaijan university, 13 dead
A still unidentified man, possibly of Georgian origin, shot and killed at least 13 people and wounded 18 others after opening fire on students and faculty of the Azerbaijan’s State Oil Academy in Baku, the capital of the oil-rich country. The school building was immediately surrounded by the police who promptly set up roadblocks in the area.
