Pirate Bay is loosing the war
A Swedish appeals court held today the sentencing of three men involved with the file-sharing Pirate Bay site, but reduced their prison sentences and increased fines imposed.

The siege against the search engine The Pirate Bay squeezed in Europe after the Netherlands require on Thursday (22/10) that those responsible for the service to remove all torrents that allow anybody to download multimedia content protected by copyright.
