Cucci Cabinet is an ancient piece f furniture that fetched $7.3 million at the Christie’s famous auction house in London. It was created during the 1665 to 1675 period. Created by Italian artist and master craftsman Domenico Cucci, only 3 are found today.

While one was auctioned off, the other two can be found in the castle of Duke of Northumberland in England. Apparently, it was even owned by Queen Hedvig Eleonora of Sweden . Those of you who are crazy about unique cars will like the Lamborghini Alcades concept created by designer Aron Mihai. The design created by the designer for the car is pretty unique. The designer was apparently inspired by the concept of paper folding technique. The simple technique where one hand converts a two dimensional space into three dimensions and the other hand ensures stiffness in the direction of the folds influenced the designer.

However, its geometric feature stands out conspicuously in the Alcades concept. The aerodynamic concept gives a futuristic look and also adds torsion resistance for the body. The geometric shape is purposely made in order to allow better aerodynamics, and provide optimal distribution of air impact pressure. Mihai is certain that the concept gets power from a V10, which will take the concept to a maximum speed of 313kmph.

As of now, it is only a concept but if it ever materializes, Mihai sees the car with dimensions of 4350/height 1150/2000 width being placed between the Gallardo and the Murcielago. The release date or the price of the car has not been confirmed yet as the car is still a concept.

French born visual artist Florence Deygas originally studied film animation. However, her true passion lies in the creation of beautiful artistic visuals. Over the past few decades, Deyags has worked with a number of famous brands including Yves Saint Laurent, Fendi, Vogue and Lacoste.

Deygas work with Veuve Cliquot, however, appears to be what has caught the attention of people the most. Though Deygas has worked for VC before, her latest work amounts to beyond beautiful to anyone aesthetically inclined. Working to materialise beauty with simplistic designs, her bold brushstrokes carry a sense of ethereal sensuality. Highlighting the image of a champagne glass or one enjoying the drink in red against the traditional yellow background of Veuve Cliquot, Deygas manages to create a fascinating visual.

Deygas also created drawings for French First Lady Carla Bruni’s album Comme si de rien n’etait pas which released last year and has worked on a number of movies as well. Whether Deygas is working on movies, a music album or fashion brand, she always delivers images that play with your senses and bring out the emotion of awe.
