It seems that, swine flu isn’t only making the people go off the edge, it has also gotten the World Health Organization in a fix. According to the latest reports, WHO is having a very difficult time in allocating its resources to the pandemic, as it is one of the fastest spreading illness the organization has ever witnessed.
