The donor conference in Tokyo for Pakistan has concluded with commitments of over $5bn over the next two years. When we consider human developmental processes, we must consider Phylogenetic development as it refers to the changes that have taken place in humans over millions of years, and the evolutionary process that have left an imprint on our genes.
