We have folks from the Land of rising sun dole out robots that can a range of both impressive and mundane tasks. The recent creation is a Mohican Robot by Japanese Professor Sekine which can be your robotic insecticide. This walking robot is actually capable of climbing up a ladder and spray insecticide o destroy wasp nests.

Well we haven’t really seen Iran being in the news for is tech innovation, which is why the story of its successful human shaped robot got me amazed. It isn’t their first time as two years ago Iranian students had built Surena, a white human shaped robot that could be moved around via remote control. If you thought all models were made of flesh and bones, think again. Here is a model that is a humanoid and perhaps is made of wires and all the things that would “arouse” geeks. The robot stands 5 feet two inches tall and weighs about 43 kilograms which makes her a petite damsel. However, I doubt a woman standing 5 feet two inches tall [...]
