According to the coordinator of the study, Costas Karageorghis, to hear an agitated music while it accomplishes physical activities can stimulate the increase of the training period in up to 15% more than the habitual, without the apprentice even notices the change.

The researches show that a much chosen music, like tracks from Queen and Madonna can increase the physical acting, besides turning training less tiresome when it is very intense. Songs like “We will rock you” and “I want to break free” from Queen, and “Music”, “Die another Day”, “Ray of light” and “Hung up” from Madonna seem to be stimulating for who wants to increase the physical acting.

Those beginnings were applied in 12.500 corridors during the event Run To The Beat, accomplished in September, in London. It was scientifically the first event to supply selected musical attendance along the stocking-marathon.
