The track pad of netbooks have been a bone of contention for many nerds for quite some time now. Many have trouble because of the extreme proximity of the track pad with the keyboard that makes your palm hit the track pad each time you type. Perhaps, that is just why the MoGo Mouse is such a wonderous thing to hit the computer market.

It stores neatly in the PC Card slot. And it comes in a low profile holster at 5 millmeters so that the mouse can even be kept on the top of most netbooks that include Acer, Asus and Dell too. A very strong and efficient rechargeable battery powers MoGo Mouse for up to 10 hours in just a single charge. Again, a full charge takes on 30 minutes.

The MoGo costs $99 a piece and connects to the netbook via Bluetooth. It is a great way to integrate a cool mouse with one’s notebook wherever one goes. The maker Newton Peripherals is hoping to hit a breakthrough because this is a mouse concept not even touched by the likes of Logitech, Microsoft or Belkin. They also sell a smart line of Bluetooth headsers that can store and charge inside a laptop or on the back of mobiles like iPhone and BlackBerry.

Samsung announced this week that doesn’t intend to throw netbooks with the operating system of Google, Android. In interview to the site Mobinuate=, David Eberlé, director of Telecom of Samsung France, said that there is no forecast for that to happen.

The site Samsunghub sees the position of the company as a movement to check the receptivity and to test the potential of their products before doing agreements to involve other marks, differently that happens with Acer, that is working in equipments with the new operating system.

Recently, Asus interrupted the production of a new model of Eee PC with Android. The given justification is that the technology of the project is not still totally ripened, besides not being a priority of the development team.

It is worth to remind that the first netbooks was based on variants of Linux, but today the market is dominated by Microsoft: 96% of the netbooks go out of factory with some version of Windows installed. Android, that is also based on Linux, can balance the scale.

Recently, Google announced Chrome THE, a new system destined to the netbooks that it should be ready in one year. That that turns the company, that had never had experience in the production of operating systems, responsible for two of them, quite different in spite of they be both based on Linux.

Are you tired of working out in the gym without having any entertainment apart listening to music on your iPod? If you want to do something fun and bizarre, you must perhaps get yourself The ASUS Eee PC 1008HA Seashell and fix it in your gym. You can have it fixed in your running machine in the gym and use it while you do your running. I guess you must be expert in doing both the tasks simultaneously or else you will slip and succumb to injuries.

I do not understand why some people have to be so weird and extremely bizarre that they should do this. One needs to concentrate while working out in the gym. There is time for everything and there is no point in giving too much of importance in focusing on entertainments at least while working out. Too much of entertainment while working out may not really be a good idea.

This will not only cause disturbance to concentration but may also cause injuries. However, seashell comes in sleek design and 6 hours battery life. Besides, it comes with 10″ LED Backlit display and the 92% Keyboard size along with 160 GB of in-built Storage. It also has an additional 10 GB of online Eee Storage.

Gateway has launched its 11.6 inch netbook which also comes with a 1.2GHz single-core AMD Athlon 64 L110 processor. It comes with an awesome resolution of 16:9 display, at 1364 x 768. It will come in red and black colours and is feature rich. It comes with an integrated webcam, 3 USB 2.0 ports, one year extended warranty, 2 built in stereo speakers, multi-in-1 Digital Media Card reader, Wi-Fi and 6-cell Li-ion battery.

I would say that the 11.6-inch WXGA High Definition LED back-lit display, the 2048MB DDR2 SDRAM Single Channel Memory and Integrated ATI Radeon X1270 Graphics are the best highlights of this netbook.

It also comes with a 250 GB hard drive. At $399, it is pretty expensive for a netbook but you could still go ahead and get it for yourself. I have always wondered where this 11.6 inch netbook battle would lead us to! I guess Gateway’s LT3100 has all the answers for that question!

Generally laptop computers generate a lot of heat and sometimes it’s very uncomfortable when your computer becomes very hot. It’s not only uncomfortable for your body but it is equally bad for the computer. a lap desk will perhaps help you solve this problem. With a lap desk, you can use your netbook computer while still sitting on the couch or bed or even on the floor.

All you have to do is to raise the lap desk to an ergonomic level. Many computer accessory companies are now making cooling fans to keep laptops cool and provide a longer life to the computer by keeping the internal parts cooler. Sanwa, a Japanese company is one such, which has come up with a unique lap desk that combines dual cooling fans with a traditional lap desk. This is a pretty cool lap desk.

Its dual fan and lifting tray can enable your laptop to stay cool and be angled comfortably so that you can type easily. The flat area in the right hand side can be used as a mousepad or for taking notes on paper. There is a cup holder for your coffee or tea in the back right. The fan is plugged into the computer via USB. Indeed it’s a cool product!

Google is slowly diversifying into computer and hardware market as well. Its stakes are supported by its operating system Android. Now, luckily for Google, Acer has come with an Android powered netbook. It was announced at the Computex and seems to be quite promising and interesting. It just takes 18 seconds to switch on and 1 second to turn off.

There is no information about either the price or what specifications the netbook would come with. It would also have a 10 inch screen and a built in Firefox for all your Internet requirements. It will apparently be launched as soon as possible in the market but the only problem seems to be people having to adapt to Android OS on laptops.

However, this is still in a beta stage and when the netbook is finally ready in sometime; people may actually try it out. The only problem seems to be Google’s ability to dominate everything in its sight.

Here is good news that will cheer up the PC gamers. We have just discovered NZXT’s Cryo S that will help remove heat from the Netbook. The Cryo S is compatible with laptops up to 15 inches (bad news for those who use a bigger screen). It has the capacity to remove heat from the entire notebook case and not just from the fan vents.

Like the other devices of NZXT, Cryo S were designed to provide a competitive edge at PC gaming. The Cryo S has two adjustable 120mm fans that provide powerful cooling. The Netbook is raised by the rubber finish, which then removes heat pockets and also enhances airflow.

The thick and brushed aluminum body of this Netbook cooler attracts quite an attention. The Cryo S can either be powered by USB or an AC adapter. It comes with two additional USB ports, which are placed at the back. You can pick the Cryo S for $49.99. This is quite a good deal. I would like to buy one for myself and enjoy my computer games even more.

Competition in the world of computers has gotten to the point where your deal with a company might be snatched off from your oily fingers by the time you reveal the good news to everyone. Or at least, it seems to have happened to software developer Bsquare.

A couple days ago Bsquare announced it was the lucky one chosen to port Adobe Flash Lite to Dell’s Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook but communication between Dell and Bsquare seems to have gone awry at some point. It turns out Bsquare might have halluconated the deal with Dell because the company has not announced any Android Netbooks. The statement released by Bsquare is already being recalled after Dell feigned any knowledge of it.

Perhaps Dell is just not ready to talk about their new deals yet and wish to remain secretive about them. On the other hand, Bsquare is left embarrassed and customers are confused about what they must expect.

A new notebook computer, rather a netbook, has been brought out by Taiwan-based developer of embedded system products Aware Electronics. Called A-View, the netbook’s monitor is actually a seven inch screen that can be detached from its keyboard easily. So if you do not want the keyboard and screen at the same place, plug it out and keep aside!

With a 512 MB memory, 8 GB NAND flash storage and an option for the buyer or user to choose between Windows XP and Linux, this one is a sure futuristic product.
The netbook was featured at the 2009 Electronics and Components China Sourcing Fair organized by Global Sources and took place in Hong Kong between April 12 and April 15, according to Aware Electronics.
The company has said, that the new model of netbook is available for sale. It is priced at about US $ 150, as the company says. At the moment, the netbook computer is being promoted by Aware Electronics mainly in emerging markets, but the system is also available for sales in European countries.

Owing a netbook is a sure sign that you are not below the poverty line, that is if the netbook truly is yours and is completely yours. However, with the increase in the interest in providing to every class of society, you may own a laptop made especially for the poor man.

Daniel Spalding designed the Poor Man’s Netbook which turns out to be a netbook in a rugged suitcase and cost much more than a normal netbook to build. Since that was so bulky and people complained about how bulky it was, Daniel decided to build something better and came up with the smaller but faster version of the Poor Man’s Netbook and titled it the Poor Man’s Notebook. This sleeker better version has an 8 inch touch screen with 1024×768 resolution. Other specifications of the Poor Man’s Notebook include 2.5GHz dual-core E5200 CPU, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and 64GB OCZ solid state drive. The notebook also offers WiFi and Bluetooth connection and has a GeForce 7100 graphics set.

The Poor Man’s Notebook may not work like the really sleek stuff that is available for the elite but it is called a Poor Man’s gadget, after all. I wonder how poor, though.
