Elm Grove Police Department has found a way to make people drive people slowly. To emphasize “Slower is better” they have put up interesting speed limit displays on roads. These speed limit display signs also show other figures like accident bills, chances of a crash and number of days one may spend in hospital bed in case of accident.

Given the increasing number of road accidents all over the world, each nation, city has social awareness campaigns regarding road safety. Here are two ads from Poland’s Traffic Department of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police. The pictures do make the point about necessity of wearing helmets and avoiding cracked skulls.
