Everyone is fond of complaining loudly to just about anyone who would listen that they work for the most demanding company and the Boss from hell. But what exactly is your idea of a Boss from hell? Is it someone who doesn’t grant you even a day’s leave, eliminates your break time and insists that you dress formally every day of the week? Your Boss may be hard to deal with, but at least you don’t have to worry about it till you reach the office.

Or is it? If you worked for Microsoft you are probably screaming NO right now. Microsoft has decided that merely having their employees busting their butts in the office building is not enough and that they need to show their loyalty to the company by working ON the way to work, too. Sounds confusing? Microsoft has had the company buses fitted with computers at each seat so that the employees start working the moment they leave home and get on the bus to work.

This would certainly ensure that executives work more if they are stuck in a traffic jam for longer! I wonder if Microsoft pays them overtime for this.
