Hollywood actress, Scarlett Johansson is the new face of Dolce and Gabbana’s new make up range. The actress helped the designers launch the much talked about makeup line at the Milan Fashion Week.

The 24 year old actress seems to be the perfect face for the D&G brand with her ultimate blonde look. Scarlett was seen with a red lipstick, blonde curled hair and reclining on the bed in a corset in the Marilyn Monroe style. The advertisement campaign was inspired from the ultimate western blonde look of Marilyn Monroe. 

With Scarlett’s clear complexion, and her timeless beauty she was the obvious choice of the designers for their makeup range. Gabbana said that Scarlett is “very Dolce and Gabbana”. This says it all. The lipsticks will have the scent of roses, as women have the tendency to smell the makeup first. Gabbana also explained that makeup was another thing for women like their dresses. Makeup can also be changed according to the mood. 

The price ranges from $20 for the nail lacquer and the power foundation to cost $59. All the ladies can start saving up to get a few of those designer makeup lipsticks and nail polishes!

The iconic sex idol and Queen of Pop Madonna has apparently joined the list of other A-list celebrity gang. How so? She has just been singed in as the face for the luxury brand Louis Vuitton. Known names such as Uma Thurman, Jennifer Lopez and Scarlett Johansson are the other names that were associated with this giant designer label.

Rather irresistible images are being taken for this latest campaign is what the paparazzo’s claim. She is said to be sporting fishnet tights and stilettos and of course the brands iconic handbag, which is way too expensive it, seems. But then they are one of the world’s biggest designer labels.

It also seems to be stale news that the song was inspired by the pretty lips of Scarlett Johansson. Surprisingly though, it seems Johansson was unaware of the stir her lips had created all over the globe. In a recent interview to Allure magazine, Johansson revealed she was flattered with the effect her lips have had on Perry and cheekily mentioned she deserved a cut from what Perry must have made with the hit single I kissed a girl. Johansson is currently flying high after marrying long time boyfriend Ryan Reynolds and regrets that her lips are already taken.

It seems more than enough has been said about Perry’s obsession with the lips of the leading girls in the industry. Before announcing that the song was inspired by Johansson’s lips, Perry had spoken about how she wanted to kiss 16 year old Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus. Perry definitely knows how to keep the song fresh in everyone’s minds. Wonder who’s name she’ll drop next. Heidi Klum?
