During 1992 and 1995, more than 100,000 Muslims, Bosnian Muslims died in the bloody Yugoslavian Wars. Many of them, in fact thousands of them were massacred systematically by Serbian forces in places like Srebrenica, Tuzla and elsewhere and bodies are still being dug up from mass graves.

The war in former Yugoslavia during the 1990s helped create many new independent states, which were soon embroiled in a saga of war, genocides and death.
