The Italian industrial group Tazarri has disclosed further details about their much awaited new electric car, “Zero”. According to their latest details, Zero will go on sale later this year through a qualified sales network, which is currently being organized in the main European countries and some countries outside Europe as well.
As the size of the car suggests per se, its two little door measures less than three meters (113.5) long and weighs less than 1,200 lbs. The Li-Lon Fe batteries account for 312 of those lbs. This car is designed for urban transportation and can go up to 88 miles on full charge that takes 9hours to complete. However, if you are the sort of a performance enthusiast, looking for 0-60 then, perhaps you will be disappointed, for Zero has none. Its top speed is a minimal 56mph and takes 5 seconds to reach 31. Thus, it is not advisable for highway driving.
Nevertheless, if you are an eco-friendly person, then perhaps this will suit you well. Tazarra hopes to sell Zero at 20,000 Euro price tag in Europe and the Caribbean later this year.
