Yext, a popular local business search engine has resurfaced again after a long gap of action. This time around, Yext is back with a bang with their new product called “Yext Calls”, which has just been launched at the TechCrunch50 today. Yext Calls software will come handy for local businesses to process incoming phone calls and also organize them in a more business like manner.
It can detect the key words said in a conference or a meeting, and provides the users to search or browse them at any point. It’s quite cool that the program can even automatically detect if any appointments were made during the conversation. The data collected from the phone calls analysis support business owners get more qualified leads via the search engine.
This allows the local business owner to know whether the call was relevant to his business or not. This is indeed quite useful for business owners. Yext also boasts for having more than a million visitors over a month. I guess Yext remained silent for a long time only to come back with a cool product like the Yext Calls software.
