
The hardcore gamers of the 21st century are in for a treat as Microsoft Corporation introduces the all new Microsoft SideWinder X4 keyboard, designed and developed especially for gaming purposes. The all new one of a kind keyboard, although looks like a conventional piece of hardware, but the device has been developed on the platform of advanced anti-ghosting technology, that will surely take the gaming experience to new levels.
The all new SideWinder X4 keyboard is the fruit of the research conducted by the Applied Sciences Group of Microsoft Corporation. This incredible accessory is devised on advanced anti-ghosting technology, thereby enabling the keyboard to read 26 keystrokes at one time and thus create an environment for the gamer to create complex key combinations for their games. The SideWinder X4 has also been given the automatic macro repetition feature, where in the gamers can combine multiple moves of a game character into a single key and then repeat the function as many times as they like. The all new state of the art SideWinder X4 keyboard will be available from March 2010 onwards with price tag of $59.95.
According to Steven Bathiche (Applied Sciences Group),
“We’re always looking for new and novel ways to enhance people’s interactions with their PCs. We know that ghosting can be a problem for gamers, so we wanted to develop a way to eliminate this issue and improve the overall gaming experience, and we’ve succeeded with the new anti-ghosting technology in the SideWinder X4 Keyboard.”
