One of the arms takes the camera that captures the images, while the other ones three are free for use of different utensils, as bistouries, scissors and tweezers. For anesthesiologists, the advantages of briefer surgeries and of safer monitoring are complemented by the offer of differentiated equipments.

There are no doubts that da Vinci it is a revolution, but the continuous evolution is undeniable, what will still translate in better image resolution in the short period.
