Here is good news for TimesPeople users! After being launched by The New York Times last year to provide the facilities to its readers to share news stories, recommendations and comments with one another across the NYTimes website, now the TimesPeople users can link their Twitter accounts to their TimesPoeple accounts. This means they can directly tweet from the New York Times website. To enable this cool facility, all that the TimesPeople users have to do is link their existing TimesPeople account to their Twitter account.
In case, you do not have a TimesPeople account, you can create one and link it to your Twitter profile upon sign-up. Your entire activity list on TimesPeople will include your tweets from NYTimes.com. The good news is only your tweets from the NYTimes will appear in your activity log, and so you do not have to worry about those intruders poking their nose into you.
The good news continues as you can choose to import your Twitter bio, URL and avatar into your TimesPeople account. Whenever you want to send a tweet, just click on the Twitter button from TimesPeople account. What a cool way of merging networks it is! Watch out Twitter, TimesPeople is following you!
