The 4-storey resort is located at 231 Pasir Panjang Road in Singapore’s central west coast. There are a total of 106 units of one to three bedrooms, with sizes of over 700 square feet to 1,500 square feet. Each unit is furnished with ethnic and Asian furniture to create a typical holiday resort atmosphere. Some of the master baths feature a personal long-bath jacuzzi. Aside from the standard amenities, the kitchen and laundry areas are well-appointed. Facilities include swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor jacuzzi pool, sun deck, poolside barbecue pits, steam rooms, gym, children’s playground, and basement carpark. Guest services include 24-hour security, laundry services, and morning shuttle services to National University of Singapore, National University Hospital, Singapore`s Science Park I & II, Alexandra Techno Park, HarbourFront, MRT station, and Biopolis. The minimum lease is for 7 days. Starting prices are at S$185 daily rate and S$1,295 weekly rate.
Lotus at Joo Chiat
Located at 89-123 Joo Chiat Place and 11 Everitt Road suburbs in Singapore’s Peranakan community, these 32 boutique apartments and 17 conservation shophouses are a short distance to the East Coast Park and 15-minute drive to the northern and eastern industrial and business areas. The establishment has close proximity to the PIE, ECP, and Nicoll Highway that gives easy access to Pasir Ris, Tampines, Loyang, Chai Chee, and the Central Business District. Each apartment has fully-furnished kitchen and laundry areas, aside from the usual amenities. All 900-square foot/1-bedroom and 2,000-square foot/3-bedroom apartments are fully-furnished and have private balconies. The residences are located on 27 Wilby Road which is right in the heart of Singapore’s premier residential belt, the upscale Bukit Timah residential area. The establishment is minutes away from the city center. Each apartment has its own airconditioning, cable TV, CD/VCR player, refrigerator, electric/microwave oven, crockery and cutlery, personal safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, and fax machine. It is also the first in Singapore to be known as PURE-Certified allergy friendly apartments where every surface, fabric, and even the air and water, are treated for maximum comfort. Average monthly rental rate is S$4,500 to S$5,000.
Sophia Service Apartments
The 15-unit one-bedroom apartments are located at 77 Sophia Road, a location that is a 10-minute walk away from Orchard Road, and close to the three MRT stations of Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis, and Little India. The establishment is also near major entertainment and shopping centers. All apartments are comfortably furnished with airconditioning, refrigerator, telephone, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. The rental is inclusive of unlimited water and electricity utilities, daily housekeeping, SCV cable television (basic tier), and use of washing machines and dryers. The establishment has a luxurious lobby and garden. However, it has no condo facilities such as gym, pool, or tennis court. Monthly rental rates range from S$1,200 to S$2,500.
