Facilities include a 24-hour concierge service, daily housekeeping except on Sundays and public holidays, and limousine service. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and spa services. The minimum stay required is one week at the average weekly rate of S$1,900 plus tax.

These low-rise private apartments are located in the prime residential enclave at Chun Tin Road off Upper Bukit Timah Road, close to the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
