Tropicana’s New Campaign: “Get Your Fruit On!”

Well to sell fruit juices it is enough to promote good healthy eating habits. And that’s what Tropicana is banking on in its new campaign on the eve of National Fruit and Vegetable Month being held in June. The main call of the campaign is “Get your fruit on!” – meaning add Tropicana juice to the daily healthy intake.

The online campaign includes free coupon incentives for first 5,000 visitors to the site Tropicana.com who must also pledge to eat more fruits. The campaign is also linked to USDA’s Summer Food Service and School Breakfast Programs for students in low-income areas. The company is donating quarter million servings of orange juice to USDA to add to the nutritional benefits of the poor children.

Brand PepsiCo does spend a lot to promote its juice product Tropicana. In fact it is also setting a fine example of corporate social responsibility by its association with USDA. Making people aware about benefits of fruits and fruit juices does pay well to Tropicana!
