Ever grew tired of all those telemarketers calling you up in order to find out if you were interested in buying a credit card or some other humbug? Well, of course you were and so is everyone else. For those of us who believe that telemarketing is a ploy by the aliens to take over humans, a cool gadget called the TrueCall could come to rescue.

The device behaves like an automated secretary and lets you choose which call to answer. Untrusted numbers are greeted with an automated message and meanwhile it rings you up to ask if it is ‘ok’ to transfer the call to your phone.

This could be one of the geekiest ways to fight the telemarketers. Well, if you would like to get rid of something, you will have to sacrifice something too. The TrueCall costs £99.99.
