Marketing and innovation at times simply turn into a gimmick. But some times products or packaging which is just meant to be a gimmick is well appreciated by the buying public and the gimmick soon turns into a trend. Drinking beer in itself is pretty boring. What you do with it makes it interesting. Tuned Pale Ale has come out with a beer that gives you a chance to do something constructive while boozing.

You can whistle a tune by blowing in to the bottle, you can play with the bottle cap on the ridges on the bottle or if you are the rhythm guy you could try and play the drums on the wooden packaging of the bottle. When you are a bit drunk these activities not only come easy but you outright enjoy it and find it rather exciting.

The quality and the taste of the beer is also ok, that is if you actually like drinking the stuff. Actually at the moment it is just a concept and has not been taken up for commercial production. But the curiosity it has generated and the attention it is drawing it will be no surprise if it is taken up for commercial production and distributed for retail.
