These multimedia items not only add more glamour to the posts, but also increases the exposure of the posts to a much wider audience. Now, one of the biggest social networking and micro blogging service, Twitter is taking the embedding feature a step further, as the company is all set to roll out an brand new feature called, ‘Embed This Tweet’, where in the users will be able to embed specific tweets to their content.
The method behind creating a tweet that can be embedded as well is very simple. Twitter will be creating simple script that would in turn create a block of HTML, thereby giving it the look of an embedded tweet. This all new feature is going to be extremely useful for bloggers and news agencies, as they would now be able to tag in the original tweet of the person they wish to quote, instead of taking a snapshot and then inserting the image into the post or the news story.
