The old adage, “Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder” has been truly said. It is just not beauty but everything around us, is seen with different perspectives by different people. Hence, one’s ‘perception’ about the various objects in the surrounding is totally based on his/her subjective point of view. But what happens when you begin to view your own perspective differently? Perhaps you receive a new subjective meaning of the particular perception.

To give you a difference experience of a space/place around you, Becky Lyddon invented 12 special masks called ‘U-view’. These masks help you get a personal understanding about everything that you see in your surroundings. The interesting point is you get a different perspective about the same object each time you wear a different mask of the twelve.

This is quite interesting take on perception. This would mean your prior experience about a particular object will alter each time you wear a different mask. While the concept is novel and interesting, I am not certain about how reliable this concept is. Considering that human mind is very powerful, one can always manipulate the way he/she perceives his/her surroundings.
